Welcome to Genix.site. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any products purchased from Genix.site ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Egypt to use Genix.site. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include the legally required 14% Value Added Tax (VAT).
• We reserve the right to update prices, change product specifications, or discontinue items without prior notice.
• While we make every effort to display product information accurately, occasional errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
• All products sold are 100% genuine and carry the manufacturer's official warranty where applicable.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and processed. We accept payments through:

• Paymob — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza)
• Fawry — pay at any authorised outlet across Egypt
• Cash on Delivery — available for selected areas

An automated tax invoice is generated for every confirmed order and made available in your account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across all Egyptian governorates. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on location.
• Free shipping is available on orders above 5,000 EGP. Standard shipping fees apply otherwise.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
• The item is not classified as non-returnable (gift cards, opened software, personal-use accessories).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

Most products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand and are described on the relevant product page. Genix.site facilitates warranty claims but does not extend or modify the manufacturer's terms.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Genix.site — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Genix.site or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genix.site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Genix.site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Genix.site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
